Food Fact

Melted, bubbly cheese is arguably the best thing about pizza. Luckily, Ohio has over 2,200 dairy farms to keep the cheesy goodness coming. Today’s dairy farmers use innovative strategies and cutting-edge technology to farm efficiently and keep their cows happy and healthy. For example, they formulate detailed diets specific to the needs of each cow, using ingredients like soybean meal for high-quality protein and soybean hulls for fiber.
