Easy Personal Pita Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pita
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella, grated or shredded
  • Favorite pizza toppings

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and position your oven rack in the lower 1/3 of the oven.

  2. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pita on it.

  3. Spread the pizza sauce on the pita and add the cheese and toppings.

  4. Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
