Food Fact

Dairy foods are full of important nutrients like calcium. In fact, about 73 percent of the calcium available in the food supply comes from milk and dairy products like the yogurt and cheese in this burrito bowl. So it’s okay if you get generous with the cheese, your bones will thank you!
