U.S. soybean farmers strive to be as green as this healthy, minty shake. By using sustainable practices like cover crops and supporting innovative advancements like biodiesel, they’ve reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 38 percent and energy use by 35 percent per 2.5 soybean acres since the 1980s.
Total Time: 10 minutes
If you don’t already have frozen bananas, slice up two ripe bananas and throw them in the freezer for an hour or two.
Add bananas, spinach, avocado, mint, soy milk, vanilla and mint extract to blender.
Blend until smooth.
Top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips, if desired.
