Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 tablespoons oats, rolled or quick
  • 1 tablespoon raisins, seeds or nuts

Directions

  1. In a microwavable bowl or large mug, mash the banana well with a fork.

  2. Stir in the peanut butter, honey and milk. Mix well.

  3. Add in the oats and raisins. Stir until combined.

  4. Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until firm to the touch on top.

  5. Enjoy while it’s warm!
