Food Fact

With just a 3 oz. serving, you can fulfill about half of your daily protein requirement. The serving will also supply a generous dose of essential micronutrients like iron, zinc and B-vitamins, which are important for brain function and come in handy when cramming for an exam! Fortunately, Ohio is home to nearly 17,000 beef cattle farmers who raise about 296,000 cows across the state.
