Source: Spend With Pennies

Food Fact

Farmers across the country planned for, planted and harvested the fresh ingredients in this colorful salad. In fact, The Buckeye State is a strawberry hotspot, ranking tenth nationally for strawberry production. Ohio farmers go far beyond berries, though. Food and agriculture combined are the state’s number one industry, employing one in every eight Ohioans.
