Honey bees pollinate one-third of our food supply and play a critical role in sustainable agriculture. Farmers are making improvements to protect these pollinators and our food supply.
Servings: 1
Total time: One good night’s sleep and 5 minutes
The night before, put the oats in a bowl and add enough water to cover.
Keep the bowl in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, check your oats. If there’s still a bit of water that didn’t soak in overnight, drain it out.
Combine the ingredients with the oats, starting with the yogurt. Stir it all together so you get a little bit of everything in each bite.
Enjoy!
