Battling boring lunches? This tricked out turkey wrap will add some zing to your midday meal with flavors like chive cream cheese, Dijon mustard, avocado and bacon, all wrapped up in one tortilla. Plus, Ohio is the number one producer of Swiss cheese in the U.S., so you can make your state proud as you pile on the cheese.

Prep Time: 20 mins

Makes 6 servings

  • One 8-ounce package cream cheese with chives
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Six 8-inch whole wheat tortillas
  • 1-1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 12 slices deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 large avocado
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  1. Mix together the cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, spreading to within 1/4 inch of the edge of the tortillas.

  2. Arrange about 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce on each tortilla and press down into the cream cheese mixture. Place two turkey slices per tortilla over the lettuce, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of shredded Swiss cheese. Top each tortilla evenly with tomato, avocado slices and crumbled bacon.

  3. Roll each tortilla up tightly, and cut in half across the middle with a slightly diagonal cut.
